Refunds may be applicable in the following cases:
✔ If a paid service was not delivered as promised.
✔ If there was a technical error in processing your payment.
✔ If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error.


2️⃣ Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
❌ If a job seeker does not get hired after using our services.
❌ If the resume-building or job application service has already been used.
❌ If the user provides incorrect or incomplete information.
❌ If a refund request is made after 7 days of service delivery.


3️⃣ Refund Process

🔹 Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days.
🔹 If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.


4️⃣ Cancellation Policy

  • Once the service has been initiated, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
